How are shipping costs handled?
You can use your own carrier accounts (FedEx, UPS, USPS) to utilize the negotiated shipping rates you were promised.
Does Telea charge per prescription?
Software pricing models vary, but Telea does not mark up the cost of the drug itself. You pay your pharmacy directly.
What if a medication is out of stock?
The system can automatically fallback to a secondary pharmacy or flag the order in the exception queue for manual intervention.
Are tracking numbers sent to patients?
Yes. Tracking links are automatically emailed to the patient and displayed in their secure portal the moment the pharmacy generates the label.
Does Telea dispense medications?
No. Telea is a software platform. All dispensing is performed by licensed, independent pharmacies.
