What does Telea provide?+

Telea is the software and operational platform behind your telehealth brand. We provide the patient portal, clinician tools for charting and e-prescribing, pharmacy routing to FDA-registered facilities, payment processing, and ongoing clinical and administrative support—so you can launch and scale your brand without building the infrastructure.

Do I need an existing clinic to get started?+

No. You don't need an existing medical license or practice. Telea partners with licensed independent clinicians through our network to deliver clinical care. You operate the brand and business; they provide the medical expertise. We'll walk through the details on your demo call.

Can I use my own brand and domain?+

Yes. Clinics run under their own brand and subdomain, and your Co-Branded or Full Build-Out plan gives you branded patient communications, emails, and control over your catalog and pricing. You own the relationship with your patients.

Who provides clinical care?+

Clinical care is delivered by independent licensed clinicians through Zira Medical, our partner network. Telea provides the software and administrative services behind it. All clinical decisions, prescribing, and care coordination run through Telea's platform.

How does pharmacy fulfillment work?+

Medications are dispensed via FDA-registered 503A and 503B partner pharmacies, depending on your plan and treatment category. We route prescriptions directly from the clinician to the pharmacy, and patients receive fulfillment and tracking through your brand.

What does onboarding involve?+

We'll scope your launch with you—brand setup, intake form configuration, treatment catalog, payment processing, and integration with any existing systems. Your plan determines the level of customization and support. We'll walk through the full timeline and process on your demo call.

Can Telea integrate with my existing systems?+

It depends on your plan. Co-Branded and Full Build-Out plans have standard integrations. Custom plans include full API access, webhooks, and the option for deeper integrations with your existing systems. We'll confirm what's possible for your setup during the demo.
